For more than twenty years, Buenos Días Birding has specialized in tailor-made birding and nature tours across Argentina and southern South America. In 2027, for the first time, we are offering scheduled small-group departures for international travelers.
These tours are based on two of our most successful itineraries and combine expert local guiding, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding birding opportunities with the advantages of small-group travel. Whether you are a dedicated birder, wildlife photographer, or nature enthusiast, these departures provide an exceptional way to explore some of Argentina's most remarkable ecosystems.
Both tours are limited to a maximum of eight participants and are guaranteed with only two travelers.
Iberá Wetlands & Iguazú Falls
February 13–21, 2027

Our first departure explores the extraordinary ecosystems of Northeast Argentina. Beginning in the Iberá Wetlands, one of the world's largest protected wetland systems, participants will discover a landscape rich in wildlife, including Capybaras, Caimans, Marsh Deer and an impressive diversity of birdlife.
The journey continues through the Atlantic Rainforest of Misiones, one of South America's most biodiverse regions, culminating at the spectacular Iguazú Falls. Along the way, participants can expect outstanding birding opportunities, beautiful landscapes and excellent wildlife photography.
Price: USD 3,900 per person (single room)

Patagonia 7 Eco-Regions
March 1–14, 2027
Our second departure explores one of South America's most fascinating birding regions. Over two weeks we travel through seven distinct eco-regions, including the Monte Desert, Patagonian Steppe, Araucaria Forests, Valdivian Rainforest, Andean Lakes and the Pacific Coast of Chile.
This itinerary has been refined through years of operation and offers a comprehensive introduction to Patagonia's unique birds, wildlife and landscapes. Participants will experience dramatic scenery, remarkable biodiversity and some of the most sought-after bird species in southern South America.
Price: USD 6,900 per person (shared double room)

Combine Both Tours
Participants may join either departure independently or combine both tours into a single birding journey through Argentina's most iconic ecosystems.
The Iberá & Iguazú departure concludes on February 21, while the Patagonia departure begins on March 1, leaving a week between both tours. During this period, travelers may choose to relax in Buenos Aires, explore the city independently, or enjoy optional birding excursions in the surrounding region.
Together, these two departures offer an extraordinary opportunity to experience Argentina's remarkable diversity, from subtropical wetlands and rainforest to the mountains, forests and coastlines of Patagonia. More than three weeks of birding across some of South America's finest destinations make this combination one of the most complete birding experiences available in Argentina.
We look forward to welcoming you in 2027.
